Ordered a shirt and received an email after a week and a half that I was being refunded. No explanation further, so I asked what happened and they said the item was no longer in stock. Checked the website and they are still selling the shirt as if it is in stock. Terrible customer service, don’t waste your time and money here.
To say the least, i am dissapointed with their service, i receieved my Nike x Bodega 'Legend' and when i opened the shoe box, i found a pack of baseball cards containing a few different cards, then i look on the back on this one with a nike symbol on it, and it reads "Limited Edition Dunk Hi Congratulations!" and i was so happy, but once following all the steps on the back and emailing them, i received emails back from this very dismissive and rude person that was claiming that i had frauded the card and kept repeatedly saying "case is closed" after every email back and forth. And at the end of the day, this is completely not my fault and is a complete cock up on their end and i am ultimately suffering from it by not receiveing my shoes. To sum this up, don't shop from there.

Bodega Illegal Business Practices
Their policy on final sale items should be challenged in court.
I just got off the phone with my lawyer and he thinks the Attorney General of Mass and Cali may agree with me.
Screw you Bodega, coming hard at your talentless, mickey mouse, hide behind bs rules sneaker company.
I had absolutely no issues with Bodega at all. My PUMA box was ever so slightly dented but this was a craps shoot for me that payed off. I understand that Bodega has to make their dime. I could head on over to Cold World but my first package arrived in good condition and the shoes they had in stock were not easy to find. It was a solid experience for me.
order a white jib-gt acronym jacket, it's a rare color and they only had 1 medium left. they sent me a GREEN one which had a full size run. i don't know which incompetent **** sent me the jacket but i don't know how you could mix up the colors that badly. fk these **** for wasting my time, now i have to drive down to the ups store and return this just for them to hold my money for a couple days until i get a refund. **** you guys, worst customer service EVER. and they did nothing to compensate the mistake that they made. never order from this garbage website again
Ordered through Bodega since I couldn’t get any Nocta stuff online in the UK but managed to secure stuff from here. After reading reviews AFTER my purchase I wasn’t hoping for the best but never had any issues with it - especially since ordering from the UK and receiving it within a week!! Will defo use Bodega again!
I ordered the Pam Pam’s when they first came out and was excited to get them. When I received them they said 7 1/2 but were a whole size bigger. I reached out to them and they said they were a final sale. I explained that I just wanted an exchange because they were way to big and the customer service rep (who didn’t give a name) claimed they couldn’t “bend the rules.” Didn’t try to solve the problem at all, just a flat out F Y !! I will NEVER order from them again. Mind you, they still have them available in All sizes!! F**King Losers!

Website crashed every single time i tried to checkout a limited release item. Even though i have been there from the start. Its giving away the items to bots. Their software is trash. Customer service is bull****. KEEP AWAY FROM THIS TRASH OF A COMPANY!!!!
NEVER EVER, SHOP AT BODEGA SHOES.
They are the most unprofessional, dismissive organisation you may ever have the misfortune of dealing with.
Their customer services team are awful, they offer the bare minimum, copy and paste communication, unparalleled as the worst ever experience you may ever receive. Based on my order complications, neglect is the word which comes to mind.
Their representative and brand ambassador who pretends to head things up, is unfortunately a poor excuse of a manager and his customer handling is aggravating, frustrating and an embarrassment for any company who would employee such an individual of this ilk.
The person who I don't think it's fair to mention by name, sincerely lacks the emotional intelligence to relate to customers in a way that resolves a query to at least a satisfactory level.
The staff of Bodega clearly need to be put on a customer relations course which should be assessed regularly to meet the ever changing requirements of the modern day consumer.
It is sad to say, but unfortunately it seems the company do not invest in their staffs' professional growth.
To simply put this, you will not have a worst customer experience with any brand such as Bodega.
They are happy to take your hard earned money, stick your goods in the post (with the cheapest possible postal service) and wash their hands of you immediately after.
If you purchased anything in the sale, any problem you may have with their selected shipping provider, is 1000% your problem and to top it off, they have to audacity send you factory sentences like "Thank you for understanding." Even in the instance that their lack of help and poor core values (which are underpinned by their shameful T&Cs), will result in the disposal of your purchase, its mind boggling.
DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY.

Ordered to the UK. When I went to pay import tariffs they were double what I had anticipated. UPS told me that the shipping value was not declared by the seller so they estimated their own at around $99, which DOUBLED the total value of the item and therefore the tariff applied. When queried, UPS advised me to contact Bodega. When I emailed they claimed no responsibility for the error, repeatedly implying that I didn't know how tariffs worked and quickly turned rude when I pressed for a resolution. Really disappointing. I always prefer to support small retailers but these guys just don't care.
